Our Quality Standards

At Swar Sadhana, Quality matters, we develop talent in various areas such as Vocal, Keyboard, Harmonium, Tabla, Bharatnatyam, Sitar and Flute.

 

Every term/semester we evaluate our student two times based on high-performance quality criteria. The evaluation strategy is defined as follows:

 

10 points Rating in 5 Categories:

 

· 5 Categories are:

* Swar / Bol

* Taal

* Receiving Ability

* Response

* Consistency

 

· Evaluation Points:

* Each category has maximum of 2 points

* The rage of points is in between 0 to 2 (i.e. 0, ½ , 1, 1 ½ , 2)

* The total of each category adds up to measure the quality standards

 

Our standards:

· Our standards are defined in 4 colors

· The numbers in each column represents minimum points requirements

· All the students in Green gets an opportunity to perform live

· DDP mean Discuss Development Plan
